Confirm your setup path before you begin
VPNVQ’s marketing pages and user panel are separate: this page explains the operating sequence, while account, order, subscription, and client access are all managed in the user panel. Before you start, decide which system you will use and keep a browser on that device that can access the user panel normally. When copying the subscription link later, do it directly on the device where you plan to import it whenever possible to reduce omissions during transfer.
The complete path is: create an account, place an order on the plans page, find the active subscription in Account Overview, and get the client for your system from the user panel. After installing the client, paste the subscription link into the import field, update the route list, choose a route, and connect. Continue only when the result shown on the page matches the instructions for the current step.
This service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page focuses on the graphical steps for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS; Linux installation and configuration-file management depend more heavily on the environment, so consult the complete manual after completing the basic flow. Do not copy configurations from unknown pages or place your subscription link in public documents or screenshots.
Create an account and open the user panel
Open the account creation page and set a username and password. VPNVQ does not require an email address. Choose a username you can remember long-term and a password that differs from those used on other sites. Before submitting, check for extra spaces in the username and make sure both password entries match. When finished, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the credentials you just created.
After signing in, start with Account Overview. An account that has not placed an order usually has no active subscription yet, so it is normal not to see the full route list. Do not look for a subscription in the browser address bar, and do not mistake the user panel URL for a subscription link. The user panel is the management portal; the subscription used for client import appears after a plan takes effect.
If the username is unavailable, submit a different one that is easy to recognize but contains no sensitive personal information. If signing in sends you back to the login page, first check that your browser is not blocking this site from saving the session, then enter your username and password again. If you still cannot access the panel, see the account and subscription sections in the Help Center; this page continues with the normal post-login flow.
You can open the user panel and see Account Overview and the plans entry.
Choose a plan and place your order
Open the plans page in the user panel and choose a monthly subscription based on your actual monthly data usage. Current monthly options are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date. For web browsing, messaging, and light searches, start with a lower data tier. For frequent streaming, large file transfers, or sustained use across multiple devices, choose a tier that matches your actual consumption.
After selecting a plan, the order page shows the plan name, amount, and payment methods. VPNVQ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check the plan and amount before continuing with payment to avoid choosing the wrong data tier. After payment, return to the user panel and check the order status and Account Overview. Once the plan is active, the overview will show the current subscription and data information.
If payment is complete but no active subscription appears in Account Overview yet, refresh the user panel and reopen the overview. Do not repeatedly create the same order. If the order still has not updated, submit the order details through the user panel’s ticket entry for support to review. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days; refer to the order confirmation page for the exact result.
VPNVQ also offers permanent data packages that remain available until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. You do not need to compare every option at the start; choose a monthly subscription based on your current needs. To compare monthly subscriptions with data packages, read the plan details and then return to the user panel to choose.
Account Overview shows an active plan and manageable subscription details.
Get the subscription link from Account Overview
After the plan takes effect, open Account Overview and find the current subscription section. It shows the subscription status, data used, and the entry for importing into a client. Click Copy Subscription Link to place the complete address on your clipboard. Subscription links are usually long, so do not select only part of one or remove or edit its question mark, equals sign, or ending characters.
The address below illustrates the format only. It is not a real VPNVQ subscription and cannot establish a connection:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Only obtain the real link from the user panel after signing in. It acts as the access credential for your current subscription and should be stored on your own device. Do not post it in public chats, forums, cloud-drive sharing pages, or screenshots visible to others. If you suspect someone has seen the link, stop sharing it and ask about next steps through the user panel’s ticket entry.
After copying the link, do not open it directly in a browser and copy the page contents line by line into the client. Keep the complete URL, then paste it into the client’s “Add Subscription” or “Import from URL” entry. Some clients call this a remote configuration or subscription address; the name varies, but the function is the same: read routes from the link and update them later.
The clipboard contains the complete subscription link copied from Account Overview.
Import the client for your system
First open the client download area in the user panel and, while your plan is active, get the VPNVQ client for your system. The marketing page does not provide static installers or display real subscription addresses. After installation, return to this section and find the subscription import entry for your system. Whatever the platform, the core actions are the same: paste the complete subscription URL, save it, update the route list, and choose a route.
Windows
Use a desktop client that supports subscription URL imports and system proxy control. After installing and opening it, go to the subscription, configuration, or profile management page and choose an option such as “Import from URL.” Paste the complete link copied from Account Overview into the address field, give the subscription an easy-to-recognize name, and save it.
After saving, click Update Subscription. When route names such as Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, or Paris appear, the import is complete. Return to the main screen, choose a route, and enable the connection. If the client asks for permission to modify system network settings, allow it only after confirming that the program came from the user panel. Do not run other tools that change the system proxy during connection, as they can make the actual exit differ from your selection.
macOS
Use a desktop client that supports subscription management and can create system network configurations. Open the client’s configuration management page, find the option to add a remote subscription or add one by URL, paste the subscription link, and save it. After the first import, run an update, confirm that route names display correctly, and choose the region you need from the route list.
During the first connection, macOS may display a network-configuration authorization window. Read the system prompt, confirm that the request comes from the client you just opened, and complete the authorization flow. Return to the client and check the connection status. If the menu bar shows connected but the browser’s exit has not changed, close other proxy configurations, disconnect, and reconnect the current route. For deeper system-proxy checks, see the complete manual.
Android
Use a mobile client that supports subscription URLs, system VPN configurations, and per-app settings. Open the client’s home screen or side menu, find subscription management, configuration management, or Add Configuration, and choose import from a link. Long-press the input field to paste the complete subscription address, save it, and run an update. Once routes appear, keep the default routing mode for the first connection; there is no need to adjust per-app rules at the outset.
When starting the first connection, the system will ask to let the client establish a VPN connection. Confirm that the app came from the download entry provided in the user panel, then follow the system prompts. If the connection stops easily in the background, check the system’s background-operation and battery-saving settings for the client. Menu names vary widely by device manufacturer, so this page does not list every option; see the Help Center for relevant troubleshooting approaches.
iOS
Use a client that supports URL subscription imports and can invoke iOS VPN configurations. After obtaining the client, open its subscription or configuration page, choose Add via URL, and paste the complete link from Account Overview. Save and update, confirm that the route list has loaded, and choose a region suitable for your current use.
The first connection displays a system-level VPN configuration prompt. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize it, then return to the client. A Connected status only means the configuration has started; continue to the next section to verify the exit and the app. If the subscription cannot update, check whether spaces were added before or after the copied content. Do not rewrite the link manually or combine an individual route parameter into a new configuration.
Connect to a route and confirm it is working
After a successful import, choose a region based on your intended use. For everyday browsing, start with a geographically nearby route that is currently stable. For AI Tools, choose a route marked as preferred for AI Tools. For Streaming, select the region matching the target catalog and prioritize a preferred Streaming route. Route types may include IEPL dedicated lines, transit, and direct connections. At the beginner stage, there is no need to compare protocol parameters individually; use stable access to the target site as the first criterion.
After clicking Connect, wait until the client clearly shows Connected, then open a browser and check the exit IP. Confirm that the displayed country or region matches the selected route. If the original network exit is still shown, close existing browser pages and reopen the browser, then check whether the client has enabled system proxy or VPN mode. The client button’s color alone does not prove that traffic is using the selected route.
After confirming the exit IP, check the DNS resolution location. The DNS result should match the current connection method and should not obviously continue using the previous resolution path. Then open the app you actually intend to use, such as a web-based AI Tool, video service, or work site, and complete a real access test. A route meets the current need only when the page opens, the account region loads normally, and video playback continues.
If browser verification succeeds but a particular app remains inaccessible, the issue is usually the app’s proxy scope, cache, or region detection rather than the subscription itself. Fully close and reopen the app, and confirm that the client has not enabled a split-routing exclusion for it. If the issue persists, switch to another route in the same region and verify again. For detailed methods covering exit IP, DNS, and per-app checks, read the connection verification guide.
Verification order for this step
- Connection status
- The client clearly shows Connected, and the selected route does not switch back automatically.
- Exit IP
- The exit location matches the selected region and remains consistent after refreshing the page.
- DNS
- The resolution path matches the current connection, with no mismatched previous result still in use.
- Target app
- The web page, AI Tool, or Streaming service you need loads normally and remains usable.
Routine updates and common sticking points
After importing a subscription, you do not need to paste the link again every time. When using the client, update the existing subscription first, then choose a region from the current route list and connect. The update reads the latest route configuration from the user panel. If you go too long without updating, the client may retain older route information. When changing devices, get the client and subscription again from the user panel on the new device instead of copying the old client’s data directory.
When connection problems occur, troubleshooting in a fixed order makes them easier to isolate: confirm the plan is active, update the subscription, switch to another route in the same region, and then check system network settings and the target app. If no routes can update, focus on subscription status and link completeness. If updates work but connection fails, check client authorization and the system proxy. If the browser works but one app does not, check its per-app scope and cache.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. There is no device limit for simultaneous use, but data from different devices is counted against the same active plan. Data shown in Account Overview helps you decide whether to adjust the plan. Do not rely on the client’s local statistics as the sole billing reference, since uninstalling, clearing data, or changing devices can make local records incomplete.
This page covers the main path from account creation through connection acceptance. For protocol selection, advanced split routing, system network conflicts, subscription update failures, or long-term maintenance, open the complete user manual. To find answers by issue category, visit the Help Center. Before submitting a ticket, record the system used, selected region, stage where the issue occurred, and troubleshooting already completed, but do not include the complete subscription link in public content.
