Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border access, international route, and network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNVQ. By visiting this site, creating an account, choosing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop creating an order or using the relevant service.

Service Content and Scope

VPNVQ provides network connectivity across 120+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border connection quality, access international websites, and connect to network resources selected by the user. Available routes, connection methods, and client access points are determined by the information shown in the account panel at the time.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before submitting an order, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and billing method.

This service does not control third-party websites, applications, content platforms, or network operators, and does not guarantee that any particular third-party resource will remain available. When third parties change access policies, regional rules, or technical interfaces, the actual performance of those resources may change accordingly.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and order actions performed under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop using the compromised credentials.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. Users may configure the service on supported devices they own or manage. Unlimited devices do not grant resale rights. Users may not sell, rent out, or publicly distribute subscription information; share account credentials for joint use by unrelated people; or provide commercial services to third parties through top-ups, resale, or traffic splitting.

Subscription information is delivered as part of the account. Users may not publicly publish subscription addresses, copy route configurations in bulk, or otherwise distribute account resources outside their original subscription relationship. Any abnormal use caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials or subscription information must be handled promptly by the account user.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location, the rules of the services they access, and applicable intellectual property requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access, interference with network operations, or avoidance of account management measures lawfully established by third parties.

Users are solely responsible for content sent, received, or accessed through the service and must confirm that they have the necessary authorization for related activities. If an activity may affect route stability, other users’ normal connections, or the security of a third-party system, VPNVQ may restrict the relevant connection, require the activity to stop, or suspend account use based on the level of risk.

Service Availability and Liability

Route status may be affected by local networks, international links, device settings, system updates, third-party service policies, and necessary maintenance. VPNVQ will make adjustments based on route operation, but does not provide additional guarantees of uninterrupted service, fixed connection performance, or long-term access to any particular third-party service. Users should choose routes according to their actual needs and confirm the connection status before important operations.

To the extent permitted by law, VPNVQ is not responsible for indirect losses arising from user device failures, configuration errors, credential leaks, changes to third-party services, public network fluctuations, or events beyond reasonable control. If a service issue occurs, users may submit verifiable information through the ticket entry in the account panel to help identify connection or subscription status.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user resells or publicly shares subscriptions, endangers system or route operations, uses the service for unlawful activities, provides false order information, or continues to violate these terms after receiving a reasonable request to remedy the issue, VPNVQ may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. Before or after taking action, the service may retain necessary records related to orders, account status, and handling of violations.

For refund eligibility and processing details, please see the Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.

VPNVQ may revise these terms due to changes in service content, operating procedures, or applicable rules. The updated version will be posted on this page, with the version identified by the update month shown on the page. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
