Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy applies to the VPNVQ website, user panel, and cross-border network acceleration subscription services. It explains what information is processed when accounts are created, orders are fulfilled, routes are connected, websites are visited, and support requests are submitted, as well as how that information is used, retained, and controlled by users.
Information Collected and Processing Purposes
When an account is created, VPNVQ processes the username chosen by the user and password verification data to identify the account, complete sign-in, and protect subscription delivery. No email address is required for registration: a username and password are sufficient, so an email address is not necessary and is not collected as a condition of creating an account. Passwords are handled in a protected verification format.
When a subscription is purchased or managed, this service retains order records needed for fulfillment, including the selected item, order status, payment channel, transaction result, and subscription validity status. These records are used to confirm payment, activate the service, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. The system also processes used traffic, remaining traffic, and reset status to apply the subscription rules selected by the user; these usage figures do not include access content.
When a user submits a ticket, the ticket text, attachments, and handling records are associated with the relevant account to diagnose faults, answer questions, and retain the resolution. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
VPNVQ does not record which websites users access, retain webpage content, communication bodies, DNS query content, or application transmission content, or create long-term connection logs that can trace specific browsing activity. International routes process the technical information needed to complete a connection while forwarding network requests; this information is not used to create a browsing history.
To determine whether a subscription is valid, calculate traffic usage, and handle route faults, the system may process account identifiers, connection results, traffic summaries, and necessary error information. This operational data is used only for service delivery, security checks, and troubleshooting, and is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted, overwritten, or converted into aggregate data that cannot be directly linked to a specific account.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Analytics
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface states, and necessary security markers. This data keeps users signed in when they move between pages and displays the user panel according to selected language and settings. Clearing browser data may sign the user out or restore default settings, but it does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
VPNVQ collects limited website access analytics, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, and error status, to assess whether pages work properly, fix compatibility issues, and improve content structure. Analytics are handled on an aggregated and de-identified basis and are not used to build a content profile of users' browsing on international websites.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNVQ supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service provider. This service sends the order identifier and amount due needed to complete the transaction and receives the result indicating whether payment was completed. The payment service provider handles information submitted on its payment page under its own privacy rules.
VPNVQ retains result records needed to fulfill orders and reconcile transactions, but does not ask users to disclose payment credentials through marketing pages. During payment, users should also review the terms and data processing information presented by the selected payment service provider.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and manage subscriptions. Order records are retained as required for fulfillment, refund processing, accounting reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable rules. Ticket records are kept until the issue has been resolved and no further tracking is needed. Access analytics are aggregated or deleted after the analysis purpose is complete. Relevant data in backups is gradually removed through normal backup rotation.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through Tickets. To prevent action by another person, VPNVQ will first verify the request's connection to the account. Information still needed to complete an order, resolve a dispute, or comply with applicable rules may be retained temporarily to the necessary extent and cleared once the relevant purpose ends.
If this policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the update month at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving data categories, processing purposes, or user choices will be announced through the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users may review the policy in effect at that time.
